摘要
AI技术为科技文献情报服务领域带来了重大发展机遇.本文介绍了以"1+1+N"的思路从数据层面、知识层面与能力层面构建浙江省科技情报知识中心,利用大数据与人工智能技术构建科技情报数据湖,以"315"科技创新链为脉络,研发基于科技文献的人工智能引擎,实现"数据-知识-能力"的全程化、深度化、一站式情报分析集成知识服务,从而支撑浙江"315"科技创新体系建设的具体探索.基于当前建设现状,拟从"大数据、大知识、大模型、大用户、大情报"5个角度展开知识中心的建设,为浙江省"315"创新体系建设提供更好的支撑.
Abstract
Artificial intelligence technology has brought significant development opportunities to the field of scientific and technological literature and information services.This article introduces the idea of"1+1+N"adopted to build the Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Intelligence Knowledge Center from the data,knowledge,and capability levels.By utilizing big data and artificial intelligence technology to build a science and technology intelligence data lake,and taking the"315"science and technology innovation chain as the context,the research and development of an artificial intelligence engine based on scientific and technological literature are carried out to achieve a compre-hensive,in-depth,and one-stop intelligence analysis integrated knowledge service of"data knowledge capability",To support the specific practice of the construction of Zhejiang"315"science and technology innovation system.Based on the current construction status,continue the construction of the knowledge center from the perspectives of"big data,big knowledge,big models,big users,and big intelligence",providing better support for the construction of the"315"innovation system in our province.
