往复荷载作用下高速公路钢板组合梁变形检测研究

高速公路钢板组合梁变形通常比较微小,导致弯矩、变形和横向位移检测结果不精准,为此本文开展在往复荷载作用下高速公路钢板组合梁变形检测方法研究.构建往复荷载作用下的边界面方程,利用该方程计算组合梁连接组件在弹性夹层中的横向作用力,结合横向作用力确定变形量检测值.搭建变形量检测值和真实值之间的误差矩阵,使用卡尔曼滤波方法估计钢板组合梁弯矩,结合弯矩和误差矩阵确定组合梁变形程度,实现高速公路钢板组合梁变形检测.试验结果表明:该方法检测的反向、正向弯矩均为340 kN·m,与试验数据一致;最大横向位移与试验数据仅存在0.01 mm的误差,能够精准检测组合梁变形程度,检测结果更为精准.
Research on Deformation Detection of Expressway Steel Plate Composite Beams Under Reciprocating Load
The deformation of highway steel plate composite beams is usually relatively small,resulting in inaccurate detection results of bending moment,deformation,and lateral displacement.Therefore,research is conducted on defor-mation detection methods of highway steel plate composite beams under reciprocating loads.The boundary equation un-der the action of reciprocating load is constructed,and the transverse force of the composite beam connection compo-nents in the elastic interlayer is calculated by using this equation,and the deformation detection value is determined by combining the transverse force.Build an error matrix between the deformation detection value and the actual value,use Kalman filtering method to estimate the bending moment of the steel plate composite beam,and combine the bend-ing moment and error matrix to determine the degree of deformation of the composite beam,achieving deformation de-tection of the highway steel plate composite beam.The experimental results show that the reverse and forward bending moments detected by this method are both 340 kN·m,which is consistent with the experimental data;There is only a 0.01 mm error between the maximum lateral displacement and the experimental data,which can accurately detect the deformation degree of the composite beam and provide more accurate detection results.
