摘要
退火过程是光学玻璃模压的一个重要过程,影响退火过程的因素主要有退火速度、保持力及保持时间等因素.本文采用有限元仿真的方法,结合正交方法详细分析了退火过程中主要的3个工艺参数对非球面透镜退火过程的影响,最后通过灰色关联分析来获取多目标的工艺参数优化,获得了各工艺参数的最优组合.
Abstract
The annealing process is an important process in optical glass molding,and the factors that affect the an-nealing process mainly include annealing speed,holding force,and holding time.Using finite element simulation meth-od and orthogonal method,the influence of three main process parameters on the annealing process of aspherical lens-es was analyzed in detail.Finally,multi-objective process parameter optimization was obtained through grey correlation analysis,and the optimal combination of each process parameter was determined.
