大采高松软煤层柔性充填沿空留巷技术应用研究

针对梁北矿厚煤层沿空留巷围岩稳定性问题,本文提出"预裂切顶-超前加固-高水充填"三位一体沿空留巷围岩协同控制技术.通过室内试验、理论分析、工程类比、数值模拟等方法,确定了梁北矿21051东工作面机巷沿空留巷预裂切顶、超前加固和高水充填支护参数.现场监测结果表明:梁北矿21051东工作面沿空留巷在滞后工作面120 m范围内围岩变形呈增长趋势,120 m后趋于稳定,最终变形量在可控范围,留巷取得成功.相关技术方法可为类似矿井沿空留巷工程提供一定参考.
Study on Application of Gob-side Entry Retaining with Flexible Filling Materials in Large Mining Height and Soft Coal Seam
Aiming at the stability of the surrounding rock of gob-side entry retaining in Liangbei coal mine,a collab-orative control technology for the surrounding rock which integrates"pre-cracking of the roof,pre-support in road-way,and high-water rapid solidifying materials filling in roadway-side"is proposed.Based on laboratory tests,theo-retical analysis,engineering analogy,numerical simulation and other methods,the support parameters of pre-crack-ing,pre-support and gob-side wall with high-water rapid solidifying materials filling in the conveyor roadway of the 21051 east coal seam face were determined.The on-site monitoring results show that the deformation of the surrounding rock within a range of 120 m of the working face is increasing and then tends to stabilize.The final deformation is with-in a controllable range,and the success of retaining the roadway has been achieved.The relevant technical methods can provide a certain reference for similar gob-side entry retaining in mines.
