摘要
新材料是现代科技发展之本,是国际竞争的重点领域之一.本文面向浙江省内新材料优势研发单位开展问卷调查,分析浙江省新材料技术创新水平,剖析存在问题,并提出加快提升新材料技术创新能力的对策建议,为浙江省打造国际一流的新材料科创高地提供决策参考.
Abstract
New materials are the foundation of modern scientific and technological development,and are one of the key areas of international competition.This article conducts a questionnaire survey for advantageous research and devel-opment units of new materials in Zhejiang Province,benchmarking and analyzing the level of new material technology innovation in Zhejiang Province,analyzing existing problems,and proposing countermeasures and suggestions to accel-erate the improvement of new material technology innovation capabilities,providing decision-making reference for Zhe-jiang Province to build an international first-class new material technology innovation highland.
