摘要

党的二十大报告提出"加快建设海洋强国",浙江省海洋发展基础较好,近年来海洋强省建设不断加快,为海洋强国建设提供有力支撑.本文基于浙江省海洋经济发展数据,聚焦教育、科技、人才3个供给端关键要素,提出必须实现教育科技人才"三位一体"融合发展,才能培育浙江省海洋经济的新增长.并通过横向比较的方法,分析浙江建设海洋强省在教育、科技、人才三方面存在的不足,基于当前基础和政策,从加强海洋本土教育、提升科创平台能级、加大海洋人才引进力度三方面提出对策建议.

Abstract

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to accelerate the con-struction of the strong maritime country,and Zhejiang Province has a solid foundation in marine development,and in re-cent years,the pace of building a strong maritime province has been accelerating,providing strong support for the con-struction of a maritime power.This article is based on data on the development of the marine economy in Zhejiang Prov-ince,focusing on the three key supply factors of education,technology,and talent.It is proposed to promote the inte-gration of education,technology,and talent in order to cultivate new growth points for the marine economy in Zheji-ang Province.The paper uses a horizontal comparison method to analyze the shortcomings and deficiencies in education,technology,and talent in building Zhejiang into a strong marine province.Based on the current foundation and policies,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects:strengthening marine local education,enhancing the level of science and technology innovation platforms,and increasing the introduction of marine talents.
