推进浙江省前沿科技科普化的对策研究

摘要
前沿科技科普是促进科技创新的重要助力.本文研究发现,浙江省前沿科技科普受众范围有待扩大,科普专业人才不足,科普产业发展的市场激励机制仍需完善,不利于浙江省前沿科技科普事业的发展.为此,应当在总结优秀经验和做法的基础上,进一步提高政治站位,凝聚思想共识,建设面向未来的科普工作队伍;聚焦前沿科技,整合力量资源,完善多元主体的科普协同机制;创新发展思路,鼓励企业参与,构建科学普及的市场激励机制;突出引领功能,打造科普品牌,推动新时代科普方式迭代升级.
Abstract
Frontier science popularization is an important driving force for promoting technological innovation.Research has found that the uneven development of cutting-edge science and technology in Zhejiang Province,the shortage of science popularization talents,and the imperfect market incentive mechanism for the development of science popular-ization industry have seriously hindered the development of the science popularization industry in Zhejiang Province.Therefore,based on summarizing excellent experiences and practices,we should further improve our political stance,gather ideological consensus,and build a futuristic science popularization work team;Focusing on cutting-edge tech-nology,integrating power resources,and improving the collaborative mechanism of science popularization among multi-ple entities;Innovate development ideas,encourage enterprise participation,and build a scientifically popularized market incentive mechanism;Highlight the leading function,build a science popularization brand,and promote the it-eration and upgrading of science popularization methods in the new era.
