Influence of Foundation Pit Construction of Subway with Cover Excavation on the Differential Settlement of Envelope Structure and Lattice Column
Based on the foundation pit project of Zhongyi road station of Wuhan metro line 12,this paper uses Plaxis3D finite element software to establish a numerical model,and studies the influence and deformation rules of the horizontal displacement,surface settlement and differential settlement of the ground wall and lattice column in different construction stages.Compared with the open excavation method,the construction scheme of the main structure with multiple sections pouring and setting up the inner support is optimized and analyzed.The results show that with the excavation of foundation pit,the horizontal displacement and ground settlement increase gradually,while the differential settlement between ground wall and lattice column fluctuates.Compared with open excavation method,cover excavation method is better in controlling the deformation of foundation pit and reducing the disturbance to the surrounding environment.With the increase of the number of layers and the number of supporting channels,the deformation of foundation pit shows a gradually decreasing trend,and the differential settlement between ground connecting wall and lattice column still shows fluctuations.When each floor slab is poured in two layers and a support is installed in the middle,the maximum horizontal displacement of ground connecting wall can be reduced by 22.47%,and the maximum surface settlement can be reduced by 19.01%.Considering engineering deformation and economy comprehensively,the second project is the best choice for this project.The conclusions in this paper can provide basis and reference for design and construction,and provide reference for similar projects.
