基于BIM技术的城市空间三维建模研究——以绍兴地区高铁站城市地下空间为例

Research on Urban Spatial 3D Modeling Based on BIM Technology—Taking the Urban Underground Space of Shaoxing High Speed Railway Station as an Example

本文以绍兴地区高铁站为案例,探索性的将三维激光点云建模和无人机倾斜摄影技术应用于城市地上地下空间的三维建模,深入研究了激光点云数据处理、BIM(building information model)建模,以及倾斜摄影三维建模和修模的方法.鉴于地面与地下三维模型难以集成且精度不高的问题,提出了地上地下BIM三维模型一体化的解决方法及相应工作流程.研究结果表明:该三维一体化模型的精度符合空间建筑物测绘的相关规范要求,为城市空间一体化集成建模提供了有价值的经验,具有广泛推广应用的潜力.
This article takes the high-speed railway station in Shaoxing City as a case study to explore the application of 3D laser point cloud modeling and unmanned aerial vehicle oblique photography technology to the 3D modeling of urban aboveground and underground spaces.It deeply studies the methods of laser point cloud data processing,BIM(building information model)modeling,and oblique photography 3D modeling and modification.Given the difficulty in integrating ground and underground 3D models and the low accuracy,this paper proposes a solution and corresponding workflow for the integration of above ground and underground BIM 3D models.The research results indicate that the accuracy of the three-dimensional integrated model meets the relevant specifications for spatial building surveying and mapping,providing valuable experience for urban spatial integrated modeling and has the potential for widespread promotion and application.
