Analysis of Water Radioactive Environment Characteristics in the Coal Development Zone on the Southern Edge of the Ili Basin
The article is based on environmental evaluation standards, supplemented by radiation pollution prevention and control standards, and refers to relevant coal mine standards to study and evaluate the water radioactive geological environment of coal bearing strata in the southern edge of the Ili Basin and coal mine production mountains.A total of 30 uranium anomaly points were found in groundwater, including 13 uranium radon dual nuclide water anomaly points and the rest being single nuclide anomaly points.A total of 9 uranium anomaly zones have been identified for groundwater, including 4 single point anomaly zones; In the investigation of water bodies near production coal mines and uranium mining areas, some coal mines found that the uranium content in their drinking water reached an abnormal level in groundwater, but the total amount of uranium in the water total α and β radioactivity meets the requirements of the Hygienic Standards for Drinking Water.
