基于DEA模型的浙江省省级农业科技园区运营效率评价与分析

摘要
省级农业科技园区是农业创新体系建设的重要组成部分,是推动区域农业发展、技术革新及产业结构优化的重要载体.本文在"浙江省省级农业科技园区2022年度绩效监测"基础上,从投入-产出视角,基于数据包络分析模型,对浙江省省级农业科技园区的运营效率进行测度,计算出园区的综合效率、纯技术效率和规模效率,并在对结果进行深入对比分析后,提出相关建设意见.
Abstract
The provincial agricultural science and technology parks are important parts of the agricultural science and technology innovation system,and also the major carriers to promote regional agricultural development,technological innovation and industrial structure optimization.From the perspective of input-output,and by using the data envelopment analysis(DEA)model,this paper measures the operational efficiency of the provincial agricultural science and technology parks in Zhejiang Province based on the data from"the 2022 Annual Performance Monitoring",calculates the comprehensive efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of the parks,and puts forward optimization suggestions and opinions after an in-depth comparison and statistical analysis of the results.
