The Space Mesh Analysis Model for Steel-Concrete Composite Girder Box Bridge
The basic calculation methods of steel-concrete composite box girder bridges have been analyzed, and the shortcomings of using single beam models, beam lattice models, and solid models in design calculations have been pointed out,the basic principle of the space mesh analysis model was introduced in detail, and it was introduced into the calculation of the steel-concrete composite girder. In order to explore the computational efficiency and reliability of the space mesh analysis model in steel-concrete composite box girder bridges, taking a double tower five span steel concrete composite box girder bridge with a main span of 480 m as an example, which's main beam is divided according to the space mesh analysis model, the stress of the key sections of the main beam's edge and middle span under the dead load, the live load and the design standard load combination of the completed bridge stage is analyzed. The calculation results indicate that the space mesh analysis model can accurately analyze the structural space responses of composite box girder sections.Without establishing a separate local model, the shear lag effect and live load local effect of the concrete roof can be considered. The calculated stress results are directly used for reinforcement calculation, providing new ideas and directions for the analysis of steel-concrete composite girder box bridges.
