Bending Resistance of Bolted Prefabricated Diaphragm Walljoints
A joint of bolted segmental prefabricated diaphragm wall was proposed, numerical simulation and foot-scale test under the static load were carried out to investigate the overall flexural performance of this bolted node. The results indicated that the segmental precast diaphragm wall with this joint form could meet the design requirements of bearing capacity and stiffness;During the static loading process, the tensile zone bolts and reinforcement were mainly subjected to the force; With the increase of load, the concrete at the upper edge of the joint was extruded by each other from the opposite side till damage, while the tensile zone bolts and reinforcement had not yet yielded, the shape of the joint could be adjusted to coordinate the stress in the compression zone of the joint to provide a higher flexural load capacity for the wall.
