Under the goal of peak carbon dioxide emissions and carbon neutrality,accelerating the implementation of clean energy alternative actions is extremely urgent.As one of the most promising marine clean energy sources,the tidal current power generation industry has a promising future.In order to promote the development of the tidal current power generation industry in our country,the study analyzed the development trend and existing problems of the industry from the perspective of global,national,technology as well as patentee,through literature research and analysis of patent retrieval,take one of the coastal provinces Zhejiang province as an example,the development trend and existing problems of tidal current power generation industry were studied and analyzed,countermeasures of industrial development were put forward.
