Digital empowerment of science and technology supervision is an important measure to improve the governance system of scientific and technological innovation in the new situation,and also a solid foundation to ensure the healthy development of scientific and technological innovation.This article takes the construction of the smart supervision platform in the Zhejiang Science and Technology System as an example to summarize practical experience in integrating technology smart supervision throughout the entire business process and empowering technology integrity risk management through a network approach,at the same time,it also considers shortcomings and optimization suggestions,providing a path and method for constructing a new pattern of overall intelligent governance of the Party and government organs in China's science and technology system.
