The personal information of virtual digital human in metaverse is synchronized with the real-time transmis-sion of the personal information of metaverse user.However,compared with the personal information protection for natural human,the protection of virtual digital human lacks corresponding supervision and measures,which intensifies the leakage risk.Besides,the existing legislation is unable to provide detailed guidance on the scope of application,li-ability identification and other core contents of the personal information protection of virtual digital human.Based on this,our country should ensure personal information security of virtual digital human based on three-dimensional path—Civil Law protection,algorithm technology liability and industry norms.First,determine the legal subject status of virtual digital human and clarify the scope of personal information protection of virtual digital human.Secondly,estab-lish the algorithmic digital technology attribution system to clarify the way of undertaking responsibility.Finally,deter-mine the access standards of the metaverse platform and clarify the rights and obligations of enterprises.
