北京市数字经济高质量发展评价及影响因素分析

摘要
党的二十大报告强调,加快发展数字经济,促进数字经济和实体经济深度融合,打造具有国际竞争力的数字产业集群.数字经济高质量发展水平有利于促进数字经济和实体经济深度融合.研究提出数字经济高质量发展定义,分析数字经济高质量发展的五大内涵;从六个维度建构数字经济高质量发展指数,对北京市进行了评价分析;进一步分析了北京市数字经济高质量发展的影响因素,提出促进北京市数字经济高质量发展的六条对策与建议.
Abstract
The Report to the 20th CPC National Congress emphasized accelerating the development of the digital economy,promoting the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy,and building a digital industry cluster with international competitiveness.The high quality development level of the digital economy is conducive to promoting the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy.The research proposes a definition of high-quality development of the digital economy and analyzes the five connotations of high quality development of the digital economy;constructing a digital economy high-quality development index from six dimensions and conducting an evaluation and analysis of Beijing;further analysis is conducted on the influencing factors of high quality development of Beijing's digital economy,and six countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to promote high quality development of Beijing's digital economy.
