摘要

创新应用示范是数字经济创新层和产业层之间的中间环节,也是连接创新层和产业层之间的重要枢纽.开展北京数字经济创新应用示范体系建设研究,有助于进一步研究掌握北京数字经济的新优势,为建设全球数字经济标杆城市奠定良好的基础.采用概念分析、文献研究、调查分析等方法,北京数字经济创新应用示范体系建设现状得到了梳理与分析,指出建设中存在的问题与不足.在参考学习其他城市先进经验的基础上,提出今后一段时期北京数字经济创新应用示范体系建设完善的基本思路和对策与建议.

Abstract

Innovative application demonstration is the intermediate link between the innovation layer and the industrial layer of the digital economy,and it is also an important hub connecting the two layers.Carrying out research on the construction of Beijing's digital economy innovative application demonstration system will help further study and grasp the new advantages of Beijing's digital economy,and lay a good foundation for building a global benchmark city for digital economy.This paper uses the methods of concept analysis,literature research,survey analysis and others to sort out and analyze the construction of Beijing digital economy innovative application demonstration system,and points out the existing problems and shortcomings in the construction.Based on the advanced experience of other cities,the research puts forward the basic ideas and countermeasures for improving the construction of Beijing's digital economy innovative application demonstration system in the coming period.
