Upgrading the Future-oriented Industries and Its Innovation Ecosystem:Content Framework and Paths
Future-oriented industries are important components of developing new quality productive forces.Future-oriented industries have greater uncertainty and risks,and building a good industrial and innovation ecosystem through systematic upgrading is the key to cultivating future-oriented industries.From the perspective of synergy and integration of industrial and innovation ecosystem,this paper analyzes the trend and content of upgrading the industrial and innovation ecosystem dimensions of future industrial cultivation from six aspects:industrial ecological organization,ecological network,ecological digital empowerment,spatial connection,ecological niche management,and ecological governance mechanism.Based on the practical needs of future-oriented industries in China's regions,it has proposed six paths and policy recommendations for upgrading the future-oriented industries and innovation ecosystem,including emphasizing the"dual ecology"linkage between industrial ecosystem and innovation ecosystem,and creating a distinctive and specialized future-oriented industry and innovation ecosystem in different fields.Incorporating top innovative enterprises with high growth in the future-oriented industries into the pilot project of world-class enterprise construction,and cultivate future-oriented industries ecological leading enterprises in a hierarchical manner.Carrying out pilot projects for the construction of future industrial cluster systems in urban agglomerations,and create a number of cross regional demonstration areas for future-oriented industries ecosystems.We attach great importance to the ecological effects of cornerstone service organizations,and identify,support,and cultivate specialized and high-level cornerstone service institutions,vigorously strengthening the construction of a new cultural system that is diverse,open,cooperative,and symbiotic,and enhance the ability of multi-chain collaboration and cross-border integration innovation,optimizing the policy system and governance system of the industrial and innovation ecosystem.
