Emerging R&D institution is a new carrier that supports regional innovation and development,and connects the"last mile"of scientific and technological achievements transformation.Taking 46 emerging R&D institutions in Guangxi in 2021 as the research object,the article constructs a performance evaluation index system for emerging R&D institutions in Guangxi and adopts the Analytic Network Process(ANP)to analyze the current situation and problems of 46 emerging R&D institutions in Guangxi,in terms of basic conditions,talent resources,scientific research capabilities,industrialization capabilities,and other aspects.Based on this,relevant countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to accelerate the high-quality development of emerging R&D institutions in Guangxi.
