Strategies for Driving Agricultural Modernization Through Smart Agriculture——The Case of Development of Smart Agriculture Construction in Hubei Province
Smart agriculture is the necessary path for the development of modern agriculture,and base construction is an important carrier for the assembly and integration of agricultural technology,as well as a converter for the promotion of modern agricultural technology to the market and farmers.Building a national modern agricultural base is an important directive put forward by the 12th Party Congress of Hubei Province,an important lever for promoting the modernization of agriculture and rural areas in the new development stage,and an inevitable requirement for deeply implementing the national rural revitalization strategy and digital rural strategy.This article takes the promotion of the development process of smart agriculture in Hubei and the construction of a national modern agricultural base as an example,exploring its construction status and ideas,deeply analyzing the strategic deployment of smart agriculture at home and abroad and the development needs of smart agriculture,analyzing the development basis and shortcomings of intelligent agriculture,reviewing the useful experience of smart agriculture development at home and abroad,elaborating on the path of driving agricultural modernization through the development of smart agriculture,and providing reference for accelerating the construction of smart agricultural bases and promoting agricultural modernization.
