Exploring New Paths and Models for the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements:The Enlightment of the Establishment of Proof of Concept Centers for Technology Transfer at Home and Abroad
[Research purpose]Proof of concept is one of the core functions of technology transfer institutions,which can fill the gap between early scientific and technological achievements and market-oriented achievements,and improve the efficiency of scientific and technological transformation.[Research method]The article elaborates on the position and characteristics of proof of concept in the technological innovation chain of scientific and technological achievement transformation,and conducts a review and research on the construction and policy release of proof of concept centers of representative cities in China.[Research conclusion]Based on the specific measures taken by foreign proof of concept centers,this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions to address the weak points and bottleneck constraints of proof of concept in the scientific and technological achievement transformation chain in China,in order to further promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into real new quality productive forces and enable innovative achievements to be implemented faster and better.
