Construction of Technology Think Tanks with Intelligence Ecological Characteristics
[Research purpose]With the development of society and the advancement of information technology,more and more information is flooding the real world,leading to an increased difficulty in the decision-making support of technology think tanks.In the new era,how to enhance the capabilities of think tanks and effectively carry out their work is the main topic of current think tank construction.[Research method]Based on the close relationship between technology think tanks and intelligence research,it explores the issue of capacity building in technology think tanks from the perspective of intelligence ecology,constructs a technology think tank ecological model with intelligence ecological characteristics,and conducts research on how strategic intelligence research supports technology think tank research as an example.[Research conclusion]It is proposed that the construction of technology think tanks should focus on using multi-dimensional ecological integration concepts to improve the core capabilities,resource construction capabilities,intelligence analysis and decision-making capabilities,as well as the expression of the technology think tank ecosystem.This expands new perspectives and ideas for solving the problems in the construction of China's technology think tank capabilities.
