摘要
[研究目的]探讨北京市工业母机产业链向高端化发展的具体路径,有助于提升其在现代化产业体系中的核心竞争力,探析北京市工业母机的技术创新和应用示范情况、存在的问题及其对产业发展的影响.[研究方法]通过案例分析和比较研究的方法,结合国内外工业母机产业的发展经验,提出了一系列针对性的策略和措施.[研究结论]结果表明,北京市工业母机产业链在高端数控系统、市场化机制以及政策支持方面存在短板.为解决这些问题,建议实施"补链强链"行动,强化产需对接,以及优化产业集群发展环境.具体措施包括补齐产业链上游关键环节、认定更多链主企业、完善产需对接机制、鼓励用户企业购买国产自主品牌工业母机,以及加大用地和人才政策支持.这些建议的落实预期将提升北京市工业母机产业的自主创新能力,推动产业结构优化升级,进而达到国际先进水平.
Abstract
[Research purpose]This study aims to explore a specific pathways for the high-quality development of Beijing's industrial chains of machine tools in order to enhance its core competitiveness in the modern industrial system.This article analyzes its technology innovation,application demonstration,existing problems and its impact on industrial development.[Research method]Through the application of case analysis and comparative research methodologies,coupled with an in-depth synthesis of domestic and international development experiences,this article proposes a suite of meticulously tailored strategies and measures.[Research conclusion]The research findings reveal that the industrial chains of machine tools in Beijing is confronted with deficiencies,particularly in the realms of advanced CNC systems,market-driven mechanisms,and robust policy support.To solve the problems,this article recommends the implementation of"strengthen and complement the industrial chains"actions,strengthening the connection between production and demand,and optimizing the development environment of industrial clusters.These specific ways include shoring up the upstream links of the chain,expanding the roster of key industry leaders,and refining the production-demand interface to enhance operational efficiency.It also involves encouraging the adoption of domestically crafted machine tools,especially those from indigenous brands.Furthermore,bolstering land and talent policies is suggested.The fulfillment of these suggestions are expected to enhance the independent innovation capabilities of Beijing's machine tool industry,promoting the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure,and thereby reaching the international advanced level.
