[研究目的]为充分运用数字赋能利器,加强工程咨询企业数字化建设,促进工程咨询行业高质量发展,深刻阐述了工程咨询企业数字化建设的必要性.[研究方法]通过文献研究、调查分析、实践总结,在聚焦企业现实诉求、全面总结当前我国工程咨询企业数字化建设的现状和存在的问题的基础上,提出工程咨询企业数字化建设的对策.[研究结论]数字化建设是工程咨询企业提升核心竞争力的关键、提升管理质效的主抓手、化解经营矛盾的必要手段和实现企业转型升级、创造商业机会的重要途径;当前我国工程咨询企业普遍在企业管理数字化、项目管理数字化、知识管理数字化方面存在迫切的现实需求,但是整体上还存在对数字建设认识不足、前沿数字技术应用还不普遍、工程咨询的数据资产尚未充分利用等问题,数字化建设还有较大提升空间;工程咨询企业应抢抓战略机遇期,切实提高对数字化建设的认识,高标准搭建数字化人才队伍,重点围绕企业管理、项目管理和知识管理做好方案设计,完善配套管理制度,在坚守数据安全底线的前提下,通过数字化建设挖掘数据资产价值,塑造工程咨询行业竞争新优势,领航工程咨询行业高质量发展.
The Status Quo,Problems and Countermeasures of Digital Construction of Engineering Consulting Enterprises
[Research purpose]In order to make full use of digital empowerment tools,strengthen the digital construction of engineering consulting enterprises,and promote the high-quality development of the engineering consulting industry,this paper profoundly expounds the necessity of the digital construction of engineering consulting enterprises.[Research method]Through literature research,survey analysis,and summary of practical experiences,on the basis of focusing on the actual demands of enterprises and comprehensively summarizing the status quo and existing problems of the digital construction of engineering consulting enterprises in China,it proposes countermeasures for the digital construction of engineering consulting enterprises.[Research conclusion]Digital construction is the key to improving the core competitiveness of engineering consulting enterprises,the main starting point for improving the quality and efficiency of management,the necessary conditions for resolving business contradictions,and an important source for realizing enterprise transformation and upgrading and creating business opportunities.At present,many engineering consulting firms in China generally have urgent practical needs in digitization of enterprise management,project management,and knowledge management.There are still problems such as the understanding of digital construction needs to be improved,the application of cutting-edge digital technology is generally insufficient,and the data assets of engineering consulting have not been fully utilized,and there is still a lot of room for improvement in digital construction.Engineering consulting firms should seize the strategic opportunity period,effectively improving their understanding of digital construction,building a digital talent team with high standards,focusing on enterprise management,project management and knowledge management to do a good job in program design,improving the supporting management system,adhering to the bottom line of data security,tapping the value of data assets through digital construction,shaping the new competitive advantages of the engineering consulting industry,and leading the high-quality development of the engineering consulting industry.
