新质生产力赋能共同富裕:"路基""路障"及路径

[研究目的]推动新质生产力发展,促进经济高质量发展进而满足全体人民的物质需要和精神需要,研究新质生产力赋能共同富裕有裨于破除限制经济高质量发展的壁垒,从而为促进人自由而全面发展奠定理论基石和实践指南.[研究方法]通过思辨法、理论与现实相结合法等多种研究方法,立足于新质生产力赋能共同富裕,循着"'路基'—'路障'—路径"逻辑思路展开研究,从经济筑基、分配固基、区域调基、价值护基等八个层面阐明新质生产力是赋能共同富裕的重要抓手,同时厘清新质生产力赋能共同富裕中存在的科创桎梏、数据桎梏、产业桎梏等现实壁垒.[研究结论]基于此,提出新质生产力赋能共同富裕的优化路径,即科创助力、数据增力、产业加力及人才添力.
New Quality Productive Forces Enabling Common Prosperity:"Roadbed","Roadblock"and Pathways
[Research purpose]The new quality productive forces aim to promote the high-quality economic development to meet the material and spiritual needs of all the people.The research on the new quality productive forces enabling common prosperity will help to break the barriers restricting the high-quality economic development,so as to lay the theoretical foundation and practical guide for promoting the free and all-round development of human beings.[Research method]Through various research methods,such as the speculative method,the combination of theory and reality method,based on the new quality productive forces to enable common prosperity,following the logical idea of"'roadbed'-'roadblock'-path",the research is to clarify that the new quality productive forces is an important material cornerstone for enabling common prosperity from eight aspects,including economic foundation,distribution solid foundation,regional base adjustment,value protection and so on.At the same time,it clarifies the realistic barriers such as scientific innovation shackles,data shackles and industry shackles in enabling common prosperity of new quality productive forces.[Research conclusion]Based on this,the optimization path of new quality productive forces enabling common prosperity is proposed,namely,science and innovation boost,data boost,industry boost and talent boost.
