Sustainable Innovation process of University Technology Enterprise (UTE) is an important issue. Based on the induction mechanism theory, innovation cluster theory, the Enterprise' s Sustainable Innovation Process Theory ( by Professor Xiang Gang) , and development stage mode, the research suggests that the Univer- sity Technology Enterprise Sustainable Innovation process can be generally divided into five stages: the start - up stage, unstable development stage, transitional stage, a relatively stable development stage and stable devel- opment stage, which reveals a dynamic process of development. The sustainable innovation process of FUDAN FORWARD are examined in the case studies .
