国内大学生心理素质研究综述

摘要
国内对大学生心理素质的研究主要从三个方面展开：一是对大学生心理素质的理论研究，包括对心理素质内涵、维度和结构体系的探讨；二是对大学生心理素质的测评研究，主要是对大学生心理素质量表的研究和对所编制量表的实证研究；三是对提高大学生心理素质的应用研究，主要通过心理干预或心理训练的方法优化大学生心理素质。国内对大学生心理素质的研究，在理论研究上取得了一定成果，形成并认同心理素质是多维度结构、受外部环境影响的一种内部心理特性的观点。但在测评和应用研究中还存在一些不足之处，主要表现为在实证研究中对心理素质概念使用混乱、测评工具不够完善、研究方法单一，尤其在本土化和跨文化研究中对心理素质的研究还有待加强和完善。
Abstract
The present research on the college students′psychological quality mainly focus on three as-pects.The first is the theoretical research on the students′psychological quality which mainly includes psycho-logical quality of connotation,dimension and structure.The second is the evaluation of the psychological quality of college students,involving the studies of college students′psychological quality scale and empirical studies on the scale.The third is the application study to improve the level of psychological quality of college students, mainly including the optimization of the psychological quality of college students by means of psychological inter-vention and psychological training.The domestic studies of college students′psychological quality have obtained certain theoretical achievements,which form and identify the view that psychological quality is a kind of internal psychological characteristics of the multidimensional structure affected by the external environment.But there are some problems in the application researches,including concept confusion,single methodology and improper evaluation tool in the empirical study,especially in cross-cultural studies in the localization and research on psychological quality which needs strengthening,maturing and improving.
