摘要
通过对近10年来国内外移动医疗研究领域的相关文献分析发现，学界对移动医疗研究集中于未来发展趋势预测、机遇与挑战及其技术应用三个主要方面。移动医疗是朝阳行业但仍面临诸多阻碍，主要包括行业进入壁垒、商业运营模式不成熟、技术障碍及思维方式差异等问题。结合医疗行业现实情况，运用文献计量方法整理相关文献可知，当前学界对上述问题的对策研究主要包括建立以政府为主导、各利益相关者协同合作模式，提高移动医疗行业准入门槛，加强技术创新及实践应用，加大广告宣传力度等。如何协调不同年龄段消费主体差异化需求、政府角色定位、具体商业运营模式等，将是学界未来进一步努力的方向。
Abstract
The past ten years research on the field of mobile telemedicine literature at home and abroad found that the mobile telemedicine academic research has focused on the three main aspects of future prediction, opportunities and challenges and technology applications.Mobile telemedicine is a sunrise industry but still faces many obstacles,including industry barriers,immature business model,technical barriers and ways of thinking and many other issues.Combined with medical industry reality,using literature metrology method relat-ed documents,the current research on countermeasures against these problems mainly include establishing the government-led,cooperating with various stakeholders,improving mobile medical industry admittance thresh-old,strengthening technological innovation and practical application,increasing the intensity of advertising and the like.Different demands of different age paragraph consumption subject coordinating,government role posi-tioning,concrete business operating model are some of the further academic research directions in the future.
