Since 2022,generative artificial intelligence(AI),represented by ChatGPT and GPT-4,has de-veloped rapidly,and AI has moved into the era of"big model".As a technological progress of great signifi-cance,it is of great importancefor the development of human society.At the same time,ChatGPT generative AI,as a creation of human beings,also raises ethical problems such as loss of human subjectivity,data privacy leak-age and algorithmic bias,impact of the responsible subject and ambiguous moral status,which may threaten the happy lives of human beings.Taking the ethical problems caused by ChatGPT generative AI as a starting point and digging out its causes for its generation as a basis,we propose regulatory paths to improve the system and mechanism of generative AI ethical governance,optimize the technical design of generative AI,and cultivate a correct subjectivity awareness.
