Analysis on Provincial Heterogeneity and Promotion Path of Digital Economy Development from the Perspective of Configuration
The digital economy is a major engine to achieve high-quality development.Using a combina-tion of QCA(Qualitative Comparative Analysis)and NCA(Necessary Condition Analysis)methods,the paper analyzes the configuration paths of high and non-high digital economy development level in 29 provinces and cities in China,and explores the heterogeneity characteristics and promotion paths of digital economy develop-ment.The results show that the high level of technological innovation,financial investment and economic devel-opment are the key factors for the high level of digital economy development in the region.There is heterogenei-ty in the development path of digital economy among provinces and cities,and increasing policy support is a powerful measure to enhance the growth rate of digital economy in high-level digital economy development are-as and to maintain the high growth vitality of regional digital economy.Increasing financial investment and poli-cy support for science and technology is a key measure for non-high digital economic development areas to catch up and overtake.Therefore,in accordance with the actual situation of local digital economy development,all provinces and cities should improve the development level of digital economy by upgrading digital technolo-gy,giving full play to policy guidance,and ensuring capital supply.
