From"Embedded Coupling"to"Inseparableness":The Logical Approach of Ideological and Political Education in the New Era Throughout the Whole Process of Social Governance
Based on the process perspective,examining the integration and mutual construction between ide-ological and political education and social governance is an indispensable path for ideological and political edu-cation in the new era to achieve ideological leadership through the entire process of social governance.Following the developmental logic of the process horizon,as the"preexistence latency structure"of the social governance process,the ideological and political education shoulders the responsibility of establishing value guidance,estab-lishing value consensus,and reserving subject conditions;In the operation process,the ideological and political education realizes the common track penetration of the operation process by transforming into the"soft govern-ance"mode,integrating into other social governance activities and embedding into the social governance evalua-tion process.When the governance process is completed,ideological and political education should establish a consciousness and unique perspective of explaining,publicizing and studying the innovative achievements of so-cial governance theory and practice in the new era.Through the embedded logical approach of"inseparable-ness",the practical purpose of organically integrating ideological and political education into the whole process of social governance is effectively realized.
