New Trends,Basic Contradictions,and Resolution Strategies in Digital Space Production
With the comprehensive advancement of digitization,digital space production has become an im-portant driving force for global economic and political integration.The production of digital space has had a huge impact on the economic,political,and cultural development of cities,regions,and countries on a global scale,thus deepening digital production.The production of digital space possesses the characteristics of virtuality,fluid-ity,reconstruction,and imbalance.In its development process,there have also been such new problematic trends as more emphasis being placed on technological innovation,ecological imbalance being caused,and problem of personal privacy leakage being exacerbated.Although spatial production in the digital age has many gains,some basic contradictions also arise.The production of digital space promotes economic development;on the other hand,it intensifies conflicts with urbanization,resource environment,and social publicness,leading to urban-ru-ral disparities and ecological damage.To address the fundamental contradictions in digital space production,it is necessary to establish a planning system for digital space production,promote the ecologicalization of digital space production,strengthen the social management of digital space production,promote public participation in digital space production,fully leverage the advantages brought by digital technology,and build a smart ecological city and green digital economy.
