人工智能技术的发展不仅为人类社会注入了新的机遇和挑战,而且对就业市场也产生了深远影响,引发了国际社会的广泛关注.运用CiteSpace软件对2012-2022 年Web of Science核心数据库收录的人工智能对就业影响的相关文献进行可视化分析,从国际研究概况、热点进行了多维探索.结果发现:国际学术界已对人工智能的就业替代、就业极化、收入分配、就业创造和人机协作效应进行了深度剖析,但仍存在微观视角缺乏、研究范围和内容受限、学科融合与合作不足等问题.未来应拓宽研究视角、丰富研究内容和范围、加强学科交融与合作,推动研究向高层次宽领域迈进.于我国而言,未来在深耕人工智能对就业影响领域的同时,应构建具有中国特色的学术体系、话语体系和学科体系,并积极谋划、推出更多创新举措,以实现更高质量和更充分的就业.
Visualized Bibliometric Analysis of International Studies on the Impact of AI on Employment
The booming development of Artificial Intelligence(AI)technology has injected new opportuni-ties and challenges into the development of human society,and produced a profound impact on the job market as well,only to attract wider attention from the international communities.The software CiteSpace was used to con-duct the visual analysis of the impact of AI on employment included in the core database of Web of Science from 2012 to 2022,exploring the international research overview and research hotspot from multiple perspectives.It is found that the international academic communities have made some in-depth analyses of the employment sub-stitution,employment polarization,income distribution,employment creation and human-machine collaboration effect of artificial intelligence,but such problems can still be found as lack of micro perspective,limited research scope and content,and lack of discipline integration and cooperation.In the future research,we should broaden the research perspective,enrich the research content and scope,strengthen the integration and cooperation of dis-ciplines,and promote the research to the high-level and wide-ranging fields.In the future,it is imperative for China to build the academic system,discourse system and discipline system with Chinese characteristics in the field of AI influence on employment,and plan and introduce more innovative measures to achieve higher quality and fuller employment.
