中文摘要：中国共产党在推进社会主义文明建设的进程中,将古今中外的文明融会贯通起来,探索出中国式现代化新道路,创造了中华民族现代文明,为破解"古今中西之争"提供了时代答案.中国共产党辩证把握"根"与"魂"的有机结合,用马克思主义真理力量激活中华文明,也使中华文明为坚持和发展马克思主义提供了丰厚滋养,有效破解了马克思主义与中华文明的体用之争;辩证把握"古"与"今"的融会贯通,在创造性转化中实现中华文明的现代形态、在创新性发展中创造现代文明的超越形态,有效破解了中华传统文明与现代文明的古今对峙;辩证把握"中"与"外"的交流互鉴,以文明交流超越文明隔阂,以文明互鉴超越文明冲突,以文明共存超越文明优越,有效破解了中华文明与西方文明的优劣之分.

外文摘要：In the process of promoting the construction of socialist civilization,the Communist Party of Chi-na(CPC)has integrated traditional,modern,national and foreign civilizations,explored a new Chinese path to modernization,created the modern civilization of the Chinese nation,and provided a contemporary solution to the"debate of the Past versus the Present and the Chinese versus the Western."The CPC has dialectically grasped the organic combination of the"root"and the"soul"of the civilization,activated the Chinese civiliza-tion with the truth power of Marxism,and enabled the Chinese civilization to provide rich nourishment for up-holding and developing Marxism,effectively resolving the dispute between the Chinese civilization and Marxism.The CPC has dialectically grasped the integration of"the Past"and"the Present",realized the modern form of Chinese civilization in the creative transformation,created the transcendent form of modern civilization in the in-novative development,and effectively broken the traditional and modern confrontation between traditional Chi-nese civilization and modern civilization.The CPC has dialectically grasped the exchanges and mutual learning between"the Chinese"and"the Foreign"in putting forward the philosophy of cultural exchanges transcending estrangement,mutual learning transcending clashes,and coexistence transcending superiority of civilization,which will effectively diminish the divergence between the advantages and disadvantages of Chinese civilization and Western civilization.
