Structure Field,Capability Field and Role Field:Research on Organizational Construction of Human-machine Collaborative Innovation from the Perspective of Field Theory
With the rise of intelligent machines, collaborative innovation between humans and smarter ma-chines will become the new paradigm for innovation in the future.Based on field theory,human-machine syn-ergic innovation is taken as a social construction within organizations to form a common role of"WE".Three nested fields, known as structure field, capability field and role field, can be found in human-machine collab-oration,which are respectively corresponding to the order, the power and the responsibility.Among them, the structure field and the capability field are vector fields and their entanglement generates complexity, which de-termines the binary roles and functions of human-machine;the role field is a scalar field and its gradient of po-tential function in forms the capability field. At the same time, the role field of the human-machine also guides value allocation and affects the structure field and capability field.Human-machine knowledge information flows in the structure field along the direction with the steepest gradient decline, and the capability field is opti-mized and combined along the zigzag technology frontier to form innovative resultant force, thus generating en-hanced intelligence.Human-machine collaborative field theory breaks through the institutional framework of traditional mechanistic views and provides a relational social structure and action method, linking a wider range of social backgrounds, relationships, and cognition field theory. It helps us analyze and understand the complex social behavior of human-machine,thereby better guiding organizations to adapt to future human-machine collaborative societies.
