高校劳动教育与思想政治教育协同育人的路径探究

Probing into the Path of Cooperative Education Between Labor Education and Ideological and Political Education at Colleges and Universities

高校劳动教育与思想政治教育协同育人,是培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人、落实立德树人根本任务、促进人全面发展的时代要求,具有深厚的逻辑意蕴.基于高校劳动教育与思想政治教育协同育人的现状,在分析二者协同育人的主要成效和现实困境的基础上,指出理念偏差、协同育人机制虚化、平台建设不足是协同育人问题的主要成因.基于当前"劳动教育在高校中被弱化、在家庭中被软化、在社会中被淡化"的现象,提出从课堂教学、校园活动、社会实践、家庭教育及制度保障方面探索优化路径,以推动思想政治教育与劳动教育协同育人效应最大化,进而为中国式现代化建设培养全面发展的时代新人.
The collaborative education of labor education and ideological and political education in universi-ties is the requirement in the new era for cultivating socialist constructors and successors with all-round devel-opment in morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetics,and labor,implementing the fundamental task of culti-vating moral character and fostering talents,and promoting the comprehensive development of human beings,which has profound logical implications.Based on the current situation of collaborative education in labor and i-deological and political education in universities,this paper proposes to explore optimization paths in terms of classroom teaching,campus activities,social practice,family education,and institutional guarantees,by analy-zing the main achievements,realistic difficulties,and attribution of problems in their collaborative education.The aim is to maximize the synergistic educational effect of ideological and political education and labor educa-tion,thereby cultivating newcomers with comprehensive development for Chinese modernization construction.
