In the era of digital economy,digital,as a production factor and medium of production relations of capital,has triggered the demand for digital justice among digital labor subjects.The digital exploitation pres-ented by digital capital has such characteristics as discrete labor forms,ether-like content knowledge,and ol-ive shaped exploitation structure.The construction of digital labor justice can be carried out in two major areas of digital justice:platform and individual subject.Facing the trap of"free mode"of the platform,the intensifi-cation of"platform rent"and the impact of"crowdsourcing labor",we respectively construct the labor justice of digital sharers,network practitioners and offline practitioners to safeguard the labor dignity and justice require-ments of people in the digital age.
