Social governance is an important aspect of national governance,affecting the vital interests of the people and the overall security and stability of the country.The proposal to build a social governance com-munity in which everyone has a sense of responsibility,engages in governance,and enjoys the benefits reflects the intrinsic compatibility between Marxist basic principles and the fine cultural traditions of China.It embodies the governance concept of"joint governance of multiple subjects"from the"one-dimensional governance"in the new era.Under the modernization of state governance,the internal construction of the social governance community adheres to the dual logic of effective government governance and inclusive social governance.In practice,based on the three key elements of social governance's publicness,consensus-building,and shared governance,the Party organization should guide,organize,and mobilize different interests of society,play the leading role of the Party as the"core"through the innovation of governance mechanisms,stimulate the partici-pation vitality of society through diversified services and guarantees,strengthen the supporting power of the com-munity through digital empowerment,and promote the formation of a new pattern of"the joint governance of the multiple subjects with the leadership of the Party as the core",thus driving the construction of a community with shared governance and shared benefits.
