"Walking on a Rope":AIGC Risks,Logical Causes and Agile Governance
With the rapid development of AI-generated Content(AIGC)technology, its application in the fields of text, image, video, and other creative fields is becoming increasingly extensive, which significantly broadens the boundaries of human cognition, and becomes an indispensable part of the information dissemination system. However, the advancement of AIGC technology is also accompanied by a series of risk challenges,es-pecially the risk of its generative content in dissemination.In-depth analysis found that the cause of the risk stems from the internal training data discrepancy of the large model for generating content and the lack of control in the process of generating content by multiple subjects from the outside. In view of the complexity and multi-faceted nature of intelligent content governance, flexible governance with sensitive perception, quick response and efficient coordination is carried out, taking Nietzsche's philosophical metaphor of"walking on a rope"as the attitude of exploring courage and surpassing self-spirit.The aim is to propose an agile governance direction that promotes the healthy development of AI-generated content and effectively prevents and controls risks:the government strengthens the ability to sense and flexibly supervise the content, the verification organization re-veals the logic of false content on time, and multiple subjects collaborate to maintain the order of the content. In AI-generated content governance,we shall always maintain a high degree of alertness to the Collingridge's Di-lemma,explore the balance between technological innovation and risk control, safeguard the sustainable devel-opment of the AI industry, and maximize social benefits.
