In the all-media era,university public opinion spreads rapidly and its impact is extensive.Col-laborative governance by multiple subjects is needed to effectively reduce the negative impact of public opinion incidents on universities and avoid the expansion of public opinion incidents.We shall follow the factual logic of the life cycle of university public opinion,the action logic of the subject governance chain,and the theoretical logic of the source of internal motivation,which constitute the theoretical support for the scientific governance of university public opinion.The collaborative governance of university public opinion by multiple subjects faces practical challenges such as different governance concepts,unclear authority in collaborative governance,and imperfect collaborative governance mechanism.Innovations should be carried out in building a collaborative gov-ernance support system,creating a"flat"framework of collaborative governance,and creating the collaborative governance mechanisms of multiple subjects,thereby comprehensively improving the effectiveness of university public opinion governance.
