摘要

在"双碳"和数字乡村发展战略双重目标下,充分发挥农村数字化作用有效降低农业碳排放强度,对于农业绿色可持续发展意义重大.基于2005-2021 年中国省域面板数据,采用空间计量模型分析农村数字化对农业碳排放强度的空间溢出及门槛效应.研究发现:1)全国的农业碳排放强度下降幅度明显,农业碳排放强度高的地区下降幅度高于农业碳排放强度低的地区;2)农村数字化不仅对本地区的农业碳排放强度产生抑制作用,也会促进邻近地区的农业碳排放强度下降,即存在空间溢出效应;3)不同区域的门槛特征不一,全国和非粮食主产区存在单门槛,中部、西部和粮食主产区存在双重门槛效应,总的来说,农村数字化对农业碳排放强度的抑制作用增强.由此,提出加强建设区域间农业低碳发展合作协调机制及全面加快农村数字化建设等政策建议.

Abstract

Under the dual goals of"double carbon"and digital rural development strategy,it is of great signifi-cance to give full play to the role of rural digitalization and effectively reduce the intensity of agricultural carbon emissions for the green and sustainable development of agriculture.Based on the panel data of China province from 2005 to 2021,this study employs spatial econometric model to analyze the spatial spillover effect and thresh-old effect of rural digitalization on agricultural carbon emission intensity.The research reveals the following find-ings:(1)The agricultural carbon emission intensity in the whole country has dropped significantly,and the de-cline in areas with high agricultural carbon emission intensity is higher than that in areas with low agricultural carbon emission intensity;(2)Digitalization in rural areas not only inhibits the intensity of agricultural carbon e-mission in this region,but also promotes the decline of agricultural carbon emission intensity in neighboring re-gions,that is,there is spatial spillover effect.(3)The threshold characteristics in different regions are different,there is single threshold in the whole country and non-grain producing areas,and double threshold in the east and major grain producing areas.Generally speaking,rural digitization has an enhanced inhibitory effect on agri-cultural carbon emission intensity.Accordingly,policy recommendations are proposed,including the strengthening of inter-regional cooperation mechanisms for low-carbon agricultural development and the comprehensive ac-celeration of rural digitization construction.
