磁性萃取介质及其在样品前处理中的应用研究

磁性材料由于独特的磁性被广泛用作萃取介质,并发展出多种介质形式.相比于传统样品前处理方法繁杂的步骤,磁性萃取介质通过外加磁场即可实现快速分离,极大缩短了操作时间.磁性萃取介质具有可重复使用、吸附效果好等优点,利用其磁性可以简便地实现对分析物进行萃取和富集,已经被广泛应用于样品前处理.本文综述了磁性微球、磁性碳纳米管、磁性共价有机框架、磁性金属有机框架、磁性石墨烯/氧化石墨烯材料等磁性萃取材料的特点,及其在食品分析、环境分析及生物样品分析中的应用,并对磁性萃取介质的优势和存在的问题进行了总结和展望.
Magnetic Extraction Medium and Its Application in Sample Pretreatment
Magnetic materials are widely used as extraction media due to their unique magnetic properties,and a variety of media forms have been developed.In contrast to traditional sample pretreatment methods,magnetic ex-traction media can be separated quickly by applying a magnetic field,which can greatly reduce the operating time.Magnetic extraction media have the advantages of reusability and good adsorption,and easy separation.It has been widely used in various fields of sample pretreatment.This paper reviews the characteristics of magnetic microspheres,magnetic carbon nanotubes,magnetic covalent organic frameworks,magnetic metal organic frame-works,magnetic graphene/graphene oxide materials,magnetic extraction devices,and their applications in food a-nalysis,environmental analysis,biological sample analysis,and other sample analysis.Finally,we summarize the advantages and problems of magnetic extraction media as well as the prospects for their development.
