Product Perceptual Image Anchoring Evaluation Method Considering Attribute Association
In the process of product perceptual image evaluation,there is a problem of evaluation result distortion caused by ignoring the anchoring effect of customers and the interaction between product attributes.To optimize the overall design quality of products,a product perceptual image anchoring method considering attribute correla-tion is proposed under Kansei Engineering framework.Firstly,in view of the fuzziness of perceptual preference and the uncertainty of cognition,intuitionistic fuzzy sets are used to represent customers'preference information.Secondly,to fully depict the reference psychology of customers to the existing evaluation information,the anchor value is constructed to provide evaluation reference for customers and modified the independent evaluation infor-mation of customers.Thirdly,considering the association between product attributes,an intuitionistic fuzzy Muir-head Mean Operator based on Dombi algorithm is proposed to aggregate the anchored evaluation information.Fi-nally,taking the home nursing bed design schemes as an example,the evaluation method was implemented and compared to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
