Application Status and Prospect of Pressurized Hydrometallurgy in Zinc Smelting Field
To fully understand the current status and development trend of pressurized hydrometallurgy in the zinc smelting field,and its guiding role in the enhancement of zinc leaching,purification and impurity removal,and comprehensive recovery,this paper provides a comprehensive overview of the fundamental research achieve-ments,industrial applications,and technological progress of pressurized hydrometallurgy in the fields of pressur-ized leaching of sulfide zinc concentrates,iron removal by hematite,comprehensive recovery of key associated ele-ments,and reduction of zinc leaching residue.The analysis shows that due to its characteristics and advantages of enhanced efficiency,green and low-carbon,and clean and environmentally friendly,pressurized hydrometallurgy has great potential for application and broad development prospects in the wet smelting of zinc in the future.
