锂离子电池目前已经在电动汽车、储能系统和航空航天等诸多领域被广泛应用,在实际运行过程中,锂离子电池的健康状态估计对于维护电池的安全、稳定运行至关重要.除此之外,精准的健康状态估计还可以为电池后续的运行提供重要的指导,这有利于延长电池的使用寿命.然而,多变的环境条件和电池内部复杂的电化学机理给锂离子电池健康估计带来了巨大的挑战.本文综述了近年来与锂离子电池健康状态估计相关的研究,首先对锂离子电池的基本工作原理和老化机理进行分析和归纳,并总结了目前常见的健康状态定义方法.除此之外,根据使用原理的不同对已有的健康状态估计方法进行分类、归纳,并详细对比了不同方法的优缺点,同时,整理了目前常见的几种锂离子电池公开数据集.最后,对目前健康状态估计研究存在的问题展开分析和讨论,并对未来的研究方向进行了展望.本文旨在为今后的锂离子电池健康状态估计提供重要的指导,从而推动锂离子电池技术的发展.
A Review on the State-of-Health Estimation for Lithium-ion Batteries
Lithium-ion batteries have been widely used in various fields such as electric vehicles,energy storage systems,and aerospace.In actual operation,the state-of-health estimation is crucial for maintaining the safe and stable operation of lithium-ion battery.In addition,the accurate state-of-health estimation can also pro-vide important guidance for battery operation,which is conducive to extending the service life of battery.Howev-er,the ever-changing environmental conditions during operation and the complex electrochemical mechanisms inside the battery pose significant challenges to the health estimation for lithium-ion battery.This article reviews recent researches on the state-of-health estimation for lithium-ion battery.Firstly,the basic working princi-ples and aging mechanisms of lithium-ion battery are analyzed and summarized,and common methods for defi-ning health states are summarized.In addition,existing health state estimation methods were classified and sum-marized based on different usage principles,and the advantages and disadvantages of different methods were com-pared in detail.At the same time,several commonly used publicly available datasets for lithium-ion battery were organized.Finally,analysis and discussion were conducted on the current issues in state-of-health estimation research,and future research directions were discussed.In summary,this article aims to provide important guid-ance for future state-of-health estimation of lithium-ion battery,thereby promoting the development of lithium-ion battery technology.
