Evaluation and Regional Dynamic Evolution of High-Quality Development of Farmers'Professional Cooperatives under the Background of Rural Revitalization
The high-quality development of farmers'professional cooperatives is a crucial aspect of implemen-ting the rural revitalization strategy. This study establishes an evaluation system for the high-quality development of farmers'professional cooperatives based on 13 indicators from three dimensions:standardization level,service-driven capability, and demonstration and guidance, using the entropy method to assess the development quality of farmers'professional cooperatives in 30 provinces of China from 2017 to 2021.Spatial correlation analysis is conducted using Moran's Index, and regional dynamic evolution is analyzed using the Kernel density estimation method. The research reveals the following findings:1)The development quality of farmers'professional coopera-tives showed an increasing trend from 2017 to 2021,with the service-driven level increasing year by year.2)There are regional differences in the development quality of cooperatives, with higher levels in the eastern regions and lower levels in the central and western regions.3)There is a certain degree of aggregation in the high-qual-ity development of cooperatives, and significant spatial dependence is observed.4)The development dynamics of cooperatives show a trend of polarization.Based on these findings, suggestions are proposed for strengthening the standardization construction of cooperatives, leveraging the service-driven role of cooperatives, and enhancing re-gional cooperation among cooperatives, within the context of rural revitalization.
