Experimental Study on the Recovery of Molybdenum and Tungsten from Sulfuric Acid Leach Solution of Low-Grade Molybdenum-Tungsten Ore
In this paper, the recovery of molybdenum and tungsten from the sulfuric acid leach solution of low-grade molybdenum and tungsten ore of a Chinese company by ion exchange method was studied, and the adsorp-tion effects of four kinds of anion exchange resins were compared, and the influences of temperature, time, resin addition and pH on the adsorption effects were investigated. The results showed that the weakly basic anion ex-change resin D314 had the most favorable adsorption effect among the four exchange resins.Under the optimal conditions of D314 resin addition of 2 mL,pH=1,temperature 60 ℃ and time 6 h,molybdenum and tungsten ad-sorption rates reached 89%and 91%,respectively.Under 10%sodium hydroxide solution as desorbent,30 mL desorbent volume, temperature 25 ℃ and time 30 min,the desorption rate of molybdenum and tungsten reached 97%and 98%,respectively.This process has good development and application prospects because of the advan-tages such as simple operation, ability to deal with low concentration solution and high recovery rate of molybde-num and tungsten.
