摘要
灵长类动物与人类具有许多相似的生物学特性,作为重要的实验动物,在医学研究领域发挥着极其重要的作用,成为连接基础研究与临床应用之间的关键桥梁,推动了生物医学相关研究的进程.本文主要就灵长类动物作为一种重要的战略资源,详细论述了灵长类动物在基础生物学和转化医学研究中的广泛研究与应用,论证了灵长类动物在推动基础研究向临床应用转化、促进人类健康发展方面的重要作用.
Abstract
Primates share many biological characteristics with humans.As important experimental animals,pri-mates play an extremely vital role in medical research,becoming a key bridge between basic research and clini-cal application,and advancing biomedical-related research.This review focuses on the extensive research and application of primates as an important strategic resource in basic biology and translational medicine,demon-strates the important role of primates in promoting the transformation of basic research into clinical application and the contribution to the development of humanity health.
