数字经济与新能源电池产业集聚协调发展评价和影响因素研究——以泛珠三角地区为例

新能源电池产业是我国战略性新兴产业,电池材料企业多、分布广,应发挥数字经济赋能机制促进健康发展.通过产业协调度分析数字经济与新能源电池产业集聚发展的关联度,以泛珠三角地区为例,实证研究区域各省数字经济与新能源电池材料产业集聚发展的耦合协调度.研究表明:2014-2021年泛珠三角地区数字经济和新能源电池产业集聚水平均呈上升态势,但二者之间的耦合协调度不高;其中,广东处于优质协调水平;四川、江西、福建的协调度处于逐渐增长态势;其他省份协调度变化不大,且处于较低水平.应用Tobit模型分析驱动因素显示,创新水平、金融发展水平、政府支持、对外开放水平对二者耦合协调度产生正向影响.据此,提出了相应政策建议.
Coordinated Development Evaluation and Influencing Factors of the Digital Economy and New Energy Battery Industry Agglomeration:The Case of the Pan-Pearl River Delta Region
The new energy battery industry is a strategic emerging industry in China,with many battery material enterprises and wide distribution.Playing a digital economy empowerment mechanism is necessary to promote healthy development.The correlation between the digital economy and new energy battery industry agglomeration development was evaluated by the degree of industrial coordination,taking the Pan-Pearl River Delta(PPRD)region as an example.The degree of coupling coordination between the digital economy and the new energy bat-tery material industry for every province in this region was empirically analyzed.The results showed that the level of digital economy and new energy battery industry agglomeration in the PPRD region was rising in 2014-2021,but the coupling and coordination between the two industries was not high.Among them,Guangdong province was at a high-quality level of coordination;the coordination of Sichuan,Jiangxi,and Fujian were in a gradual growth trend;while the coordination of the other provinces had not changed much,and all were at a low level.The Tobit model was used to analyze the driving factors,which showed that the level of innovation,financial development,government support,and opening up to the outside world had a positive impact on the degree of coupling and co-ordination.Accordingly,corresponding policy recommendations have been put forward.
